To regulate everyone on vent to be around the same volume here's what you do:

Go to Setup > and at the top right there is a SFX button click it.
Add the compressor to the Current section and put in this for each tab:
Gain 10
Attack 10
Release 500
Threshold –30
Ratio 100
Pre delay 4.0
